Rusty was awesome! I called about 8 companies trying to get a last minute cleaning for the holiday's. (I know, my fault.) However, Poggi's got back to me withing about an hour to tell me that they had a cancellation in my area and could squeeze me in that day. Rusty showed up promptly at the time which he said he would. Brought all his equipment in, and took care to not damage anything or get soot everywhere. Once he was finished, he told me the condition of my chimney and what tasks he preformed. He updated me on a "cleaning" schedule and informed me that cutting the tree which overhung my chimney would be a smart idea.
